The lunch menu was expertly crafted by Level Four Executive Chef, Matthew Foxon, who personally came to each table to introduce each course to guests. Nederburg Wine Ambassador Chris de Klerk was on hand to give guests a deeper insight into the wines served throughout the lunch, talk about the royal treatment!
